"A blight on the community" "The airport must go"

I would like to comment on the low flying plane which passed just over the top of the poplar trees next door at 10:26 am yesterday. I was on the phone and the person I was talking to said,"what the hell is that?" It was very loud and waaaaaay too close.

The noise and pollution has gotten so bad, particuarly on Sundays, that we can't have our windows or doors open to get air flow or sit on the terrace to enjoy a mild evening. That dreadful airport is a blight on the community - how do we get it closed down?

Polluter Airlines is a horrible corporate citizen for a myriad of
reasons. But obviously the larger issue is that no respectable and
livable city ruins it's most coveted asset by rendering it polluted and
unusable. The airport must go.
