You continue to be surprised the Port doesn't share its detailed plans with you and the group? Once again, you choose to ignore the obvious demand for Porter and the Island airport.
Your focus on the corridor is strange - you do realize that New York, Thunder Bay, Halifax and others are not on this system, right? And maybe not everyone has 10 hours to kill riding the roads and rails from Windsor to Quebec City.
I suggest that you do a little personal research. The congestion zone around Bathurst so obviously needs to be cleaned up. The surge of passengers on and off the ferry is painfully clear, and would disappear with a tunnel. Whoever said that security or immigration are the limiting factors has clearly never flown. I suggest you take a flight and compare the serenity of the lounge and flight to the ferry experience. You might grab a shovel and start digging yourself.
