Island airport not viable if limited to true STOL

If only true STOL aircraft were permitted to operate from the airport, we’d not have any viable commercial operations, and the airport would close. That’s why they’ve been so insistent on ignoring the constraints – it’s the only way that there’s a hope of viability.
