What's become of TPA's monthly noise complaints posting?


Below is one resident's follow-up to a noise complaint lodged with the TPA on January 5, 2011:

The last monthly summary of complaint logs posted on TPA website is March
2010 or 10 months ago. Why is the TPA not posting these summaries on an ongoing basis at the conclusion of every month?

The delay in posting the summaries leaves the impression that there is something in there the TPA does not wish to have publically available, or that the TPA is struggling with a response it does not wish to disclose.
Another charge could be that the TPA is trying to avoid the issues by responding to certain complaints on an individual complaint basis only, thereby supressing communal and mutual understanding of the concerns.

Yet another impression is that the TPA does not wish to confirm that complaints are still being logged, despite little to no action on past complaints to date.

There does not appear to be any advantage to any stakeholder whatsoever in not posting the monthly complaint summaries in a timely fashion.  Please advise as to next steps.
