The answer is that the information is(or was) found on the EDC website - they have provided support to Porter for the purchase of Bombardier's Q400 aircraft. While the exact amounts are not specified, there were three separate loans - In 2008 (February 29), the EDC listed a transaction for between $50 and $100 million to Porter Aviation Holdings. http://www.edc.ca/english/popups/9242.htm In 2009 (February 13 and June 24), the total was between $150 and $350 million.http://www.edc.ca/english/popups/15940.htm Added together, the federal government supported Porter to the tune of $200 and $450 million. From the Prospectus, we now know the precise amount of those loans.

Some of the information that was on the EDC website has disappeared, as they only show the last 18 months' worth of loans.
