And Porter Airlines continues to thumb its nose at the City of Toronto.   Why are we not surprised?
 
Porter Airlines by its own admission NOW offers and SCHEDULES flights to Montreal and Ottawa at 6:40 am. One can book flight POE 401 and 221 to Montreal and Ottawa to leave at 6:40 am.  SIX FORTY am.  When is curfew again? 
 
This latest BLATANT breach of the rules is surely a must for a mention in Porter's troubled IPO, wouldn't you say?
