It’s not easy being green.

In it’s ongoing effort to greenwash itself, on April 15, the Toronto Port Authority (TPA) posted a link to a testimonial from Green Marine that lauded the TPA’s effort on the environment which involved initiatives such as inviting photographers over to the airport to take pictures on Earth Day and buying all its power from Bullfrog Power.

The testimonial didn’t mention the tonnes of emissions that the TPA encourages to be released annually from its property.

Green Marine is a marine industry-led organization that promotes its members’ and participants’ “greeness”.
