You raise a good point about the growing involvement of all waterfront residences. When I resided at the waterfront (left a year ago), the board was comprised primarily of Islanders: Who is on the CommunityAir Board now and what constituency do they represent? I would hope that more mainlanders have stepped up to the plate.
