The debate around the island airport is usually around two different topics:

Is this airport convenient for some travellers?
Is this airport polluting the Waterfront?

I'd say yes to both.
Some of us connect the dots and decide whether the convenience supersedes the welfare of the Waterfront as Toronto's favourite recreational area.
It's a choice.
