Here is a complaint that I just submitted to the Island Airport Noise Complaint Form

At 12:57 today an Avantair Piaggio P180 VNR158 came in for a landing at the Island Airport. It swooped in from the southwest over the houses. It was the lowest overflight that I have witnessed of this air operator over our community. It was below 500 feet !!!
Are you ever going to contact the head pilot of Avantair about the reckless and low flying over our community.
I have given you the contact info for Avantair in the past. Use it !

Hey Ken Lundy: It's Feb. 12, 2010! Where are the noise summaries for Nov., Dec. 2009, and Jan. 2010 ?

The Airport is unresponsive and dismissive of residents complaints from both the city side and the island.

But keep sending in your complaints as they will be a record for when the time comes that there is a serious accident. There will be a body of evidence of dangerous situations that have been dismissed by the officers and management of the Island Airport.
