Given the current temper of the times where our youth has become somewhat disaffected with government, an important fact left out (which I think they would appreciate)is that the (liberal) government of the day in 1999 recognized the Toronto Port did not meet their new criteria for "ports" and left it off the list. And that it was Liberals Dennis Mills and Tony Ianno who, with the stroke of a pen, put it back on the list - and here we are today.
