I would remind the 'slot calculators' out there that since the number of slots is a flexible thing and based on noise produced by aircraft that as more operational knowledge of the noise produced by Q400s operating out the airport is gathered, the number of slots can change.

Since the Q400 is quieter than a standard Dash 8, more takeoffs and landings are allowed. If someone produces an aircraft that is quieter still, then more movements will be allowed within the NEF.
