Well...we've got it. At 212 slots, we'll basically be hearing a plane either land, take off or taxi about 100% of the time. The noise will be constant.

I believe that sometime between now and 212 slots, there will be a tipping point where people (residents of the waterfront and residents of Toronto) will come to realize that the airport is a big problem.
