McQueen ought to check the TPA's own website where as of today Dec 8, 2009 the latest noise summary update is July 2009, four months out of date.  Where is this supposed community information and consultation? 

If there is a new height restriction of 2250 feet over sensitive areas, why have there been flights below 500 feet over Ward's Island as late as November?
