Mr. McQueen perssts with smoke and mirrors by repeating claims of noise mitigation measures rather than addressing the fact that the TPA's continued approval of the Q400 to fly out of the Billy Bishop Airport is in direct violation of the noise restrictions spelled out in the Tripartite Agreement.

Both he and Transport Minister John Baird rather throw the waterfront community a sop rather than admit they continue to break their legal agreement with the City.
