Dear David Miller:

 After all of your public statements over the years about the airport I can’t believe that you are signing an agreement with the TPA without consulting the communities that are most affected and have suffered and will continue to suffer from the effects of the Island Airport Expansion.  Please think again and do what is right and help mitigate the unhealthy effects of the airport while we have a bargaining position.
