If that was the case why are people still buying condos up at the Waterfront? New towers are being built and sold. If the TCCA was so detrimental to the Waterfront, why do you think people are still buying? Why is Corus building a beautiful new headquarters?

From all my experience in residential buildings down near the airport, the street cars cause far more noise, and operate past 11 pm every night.

I also find it surprising that members here oppose the Union Pearson Air Link, as it may even out the economics between the two airports by providing easy access from downtown.

Why oppose the very thing that may negate the need for commercial scheduled aviation at the TCCA?
