Yes there was an incident at the Island Airport on Friday October 9  and yes planes were diverted to Pearson ...EXCEPT POE 276 from Ottawa.  Why was this flight, above all others, allowed to land at 11:40 pm?   It left at 10:38 and therefore the pilot KNEW this flight would breach curfew. Still Porter Airlines brazenly chooses to breach curfew. 

 

We are left to wonder: who was on board this so important flight?  Baird? Flaherty? Deluce?
