What is the difference between Porter's flight limit (i.e. 120+- slots) and the maximum number of movements allowed at the airport? More specifically, is Porter's flight limit limited by the maximum number of movements? And, can the movement limit ever be increased?

One last comment: since Porter is currently operating close to its flight limit at 14 planes, why does the company have another 6 on order? Did Porter anticipate getting its flight limit increased?
