CADORS reports on August 31, 2009 (we think this occurred on the 29th of August) that POE 248 from Ottawa attempted 3 missed approaches to the Island Airport and had to be diverted to Pearson. A bit like being on the Wild Mouse at the EX we should think.
There was a controller there, yeh?
