What do you think ATC controllers do? "Turn left, watch out for that building?" "Remember the CN tower is there, please don't hit it."

Do you really, honestly, and truely think that pilots are that dumb? Look at how many airports there are around the world with no control tower at all, nothing more then an arbitrary frequency that pilots use to talk to each other. They far, FAR outweigh the number of control towers.
