Porter's load factor declining

Based on figures released by the port authority and the capacity of Porter's non-stop flights to and from Toronto, the airline's load factor for January was 44%.
 
Based on figures released by the port authority and the capacity of Porter's non-stop flights to and from Toronto, the airline's load factor for June and July was 40%.
