Mark Hill, an airline executive, once wrote, you know an airline is in trouble when they start dropping flights.  I haven't been keeping a daily log but Porter's non-payment of rent sent me scurrying to FlightStats.  This morning's data on Porter flights is interesting.

Cross checking with Porter's website, I see they cancelled about six flights today.  Usually they post "Call us" but I guess there are either too many calls or they've cut back on reps.
