This is an excellent letter providing governance issues that every Canadian tax paying citizen should have an interest in - namely, the apparent dilution of the Federal Government's fiduciary responsibility for the way in which our taxes are spent.

Perhaps you can send this letter to every newspaper, community bulleting and stringer across Canada. Citizens should know about the lengths our federal government will go to act out of the public interest.
