Are you insane? The tunnel will cost the feds/province a few million but a high speed link to Pearson will cost HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS. In fact, there is no plans for a high speed link - the current rail plain includes multiple stops and a cost of $20 per ride. What planet are you on?
