What is Porter's cost advantage in using Island Airport?

I've read the posts on this site and have found them all to be very informative.

I've done a bit of research and uncovered the following two quotes from articles in the G&M and National Post on Feb. 3, 2006:

"The port authority announced yesterday that it made a deal with Mr. Deluce on rents and landing fees..."

"He (Deluce) said he believed Porter can succeed where other airlines have failed. He pointed out that Porter's costs will be lower because the island airport charges cheaper rent and landing fees than Pearson International Airport while also offering a more convenient departure point."

I have a question about rents and landing fees. Does anyone know what sort of cost advantage Porter has over Air Canada because they have cheaper landing fees and rents? Any quantification would be appreciated.

I welcome answers from both sides of the debate.
