The Irish play, the Waterfront and the Airport

Joe

The play was site specific. It was about the Irish Immigration in the 1840s and it was played in Eirren Park at the foot of Eirren Quay.
It is a beautiful park except for the disturbing noise of the airport.

You see Joe the noise is disturbing at Eirren Park, at the Music Garden, at Harbourfront Centre, and all along the waterfront. The airport is the thing that is in a "BAD" location.

It pollutes the waterfront with noise and jet exhaust.

It disturbs the millions of people that visit every year and pollutes the 10 s of thousands that live here.

The "ONLY" reason that the curfew breeches have become fewer is because of CommunityAIR constantly being on the TPA's Case.
That stands for the Toronto Porter Authority.

They will do anything for their monopolistic tenant

Porter, including taking tax money from the City's share of the infrastructure money to build a totally redundant tunnel.
