Just a few tidbits:

C'mon Community Air, somebody picks a "BAD" location for a play and somehow this is the fault of the airport?
Let's have a perfume sale next door to the Maple Leaf slaughter house - that should work well shouldn't it????

I agree 19 minutes late isn't 2 minutes late. I'm not the TPA so I cannot explain or justify their "apparent" lack of action on curfew violations.

I'm curious, IF the TPA were to fine Porter, how would we find out? Who's going to make the fine public?

Any airport that has a curfew has curfew violations - this is the unfortunate reality of living near an airport. I'm not condoning it, I'm only saying it is common to see flights landing way beyond curfew hours at most airports. Fortunately, these flights at the TCCA are the exception and not the rule. The Porter flight in question was delayed 4 hours at Newark causing the late arrival.
I guess Porter felt that these customers had already been through enough sitting on a plane for 240 minutes + the flight to Toronto.
