Thunderstorms and curfew violations
I believe all planes at the Island Airport were delayed on Sunday night for departure & arrival due to the thunderstorm. Hence planes kept taking off and landed soon after the weather setted. However, it should not be used as an excuse for curfew violation. A Porter plane landed 11:04pm. The thunder started right after 9pm and so the plane should have far advance notice that it could not land at the Island Airpot. Why did it still be allowed to land?
