If we do not complain the violation, they try one minute later 11pm, ok, no one complains, good, try two minutes later, ok, no one complains, good, ...... then they ignore it. Do whatever they want.

In fact I urge the curfew to be amended to include all engine run ups. They are not included and so engine runs way before and after the curfew. They are even worse than the take off and landing as they are noisier and they just keep going on and on and on and on.... sure longer than the Energizer Bunny.
