Comment on research
Hello Observer,
I absolutely have no idea who you are and I commented about your ability to research this issue based on your previous comments that were incorrect and purely speculative.
For example, you said "They say that there is a maximum number of movements allowed...hogwash!"
There is indeed a limit, however MORE research would have shown you that the flight schools and helicopters are NOT included in those limits.
You've also speculated that Porter can do whatever they want irrespective of the TriPartite Agreement - IF THIS WAS THE CASE, there are many aspects of their operation that would be completely different - like a bridge, or unlimited flights, no curfew etc...
Saying there "really are no rules that govern the airport's use" is patently incorrect and even Community Air should take issue with that comment.
These types of statements don't inspire confidence that you have done a sufficient amount of research - which prompted my response.
I meant no disrespect to you personally. This is a very complex issue and even I do not have a full understanding of the many documents that govern the operation of this airport. I applaud the work of Mr. Kotyk and Mr. Iller for their in depth research.
Take Care!
Joe
