I saw on the news the twin-engine chartered aircraft en route from Victoria, B.C. to Vancouver International Airport, crashed into a parking lot of an industrial area when it went down on final approach. It is also very close to residential area.

This is what I am afraid that will happen to one of the Porter planes in the Island Airport. Make it worse, there are so many residential buildings. Just can't imagine the plane crashed into the them. And even worse, crashed to the school playground or the Little Norway Park just across from the airport. Better or worse.... into the lake.
