Dear "Make Toronto Work"

If all of the people who utter this inane comment would actually use a couple of brain cells and think about it for a second.... just a second.... come on you can do it...

It's about the big picture, we are not a bunch of whining islanders or "scum of the earth yuppie condo dwellers" (not judge mental one little bit are we ?!) It's about standing up for what is right and holding to account the actions of the Toronto Port Authority and the Federal Government.

You really need to grasp the fact that the Federal Government is spending our money to prop up a private business in a location that is the worst possible location for a busy commercial airport. The guidelines that are in place to protect the neighbourhoods are being ignored.

In the words of one of our favourite blog participants ....

"Take Care" .... if the Federal Government are conducting themselves this way in full view of the residents of the waterfront.... they will be coming soon to your neighbourhood and I wish you well. Even though I'm sure you are 4 bedroom home owning, Mini-van driving, suburb dwelling, Costco shopping....
