Skywatcher says..."Smoke in cockpit!!"

Aside from all the missed approaches which are apparently normal occurrences everywhere, particularly on 28 May so many flights were diverted to Pearson we thought Porter Airlines moved,  we noticed that on the 11th of May there was this:

We quote:

The Porter Airlines, Inc. de Havilland DHC-8-402 aircraft (operating as flight POE382) was parked at Toronto (City Centre) Airport (CYTZ) Gate 4. The flight crew requested that ARFF services be on standby due to smoke in the cockpit.

UPDATE Supplemental information received from T.S.B. Initial Notification [#A09O0082]: Porter Airlines Inc. flight POE382 (C-GLQL, DHC-8-402) was parked at Gate 4 at Toronto City Centre Airport after arriving from Chicago, IL when the pilot reported smoke in cockpit and requested Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting. Maintenance staff located a hydraulic leak under the floor. Reportedly, the leak was from a hydraulic line that had been damaged when a rudder cable had rubbed against it. The company advises that the aircraft only had 100 flight hours since delivery and that there had been no company maintenance performed in this area.

How will they spin this one?
