Plenty of aircraft arrive at 10:59, 10:58 but the noise doesn't stop then and we think it  is reasonable for us to say curfew breach when
that happens!  But we do not.  

Curfew is 11 pm not  whenever you get here or are able to leave because of the fog, or geez, Newark was busy so we couldn't get out on time.   Too bad.  

Curfew at the Island Airport is 11 pm.  Depart or arrive 30 seconds after 11 and  that  is a breach of curfew.  

We already have plenty of exceptions, like the fixed wing aircraft that arrive at 2 am  leave at 3 am and arrive back at 5 am.  

We can't sleep because these flights, as many repeatedly point out in case we are dim,  are saving the lives of children but the noise and air pollution from all these flights harm the children in our neighbourhood.

Our being accommodating and reasonable in the past has landed us with this fresh hell... an escalation of aircraft activity and renewed calls for building that bridge.
