Also, re: curfew breaches, Flightaware.com is a nice service but it is far from an official timepiece for aircraft movements. Look for the disclaimer on their page.

Furthermore, 11:00PM is still 11:00PM until the 60th second ticks by to make it 11:01PM - so 30 seconds should be fine - even for Skywatcher.
