Is there anyway someone can check out those 2:28, 3:32 etc am Medevac flights? A colleague who once worked for the WSIB and has pilot friends said those flights are not "emergencies" but,pilot practice flights. And as Porter flights grow during the day, Medevac is forced into the night.

Perhaps this is a MOH experiment on sleep deprivation.
