Are your times based on the Atomic Clock? 11:01PM could easily be 10:58PM on some peoples watches or is that a stretch?

The fact that a curfew exists means that there will be the occasional breach. Every curfew restricted airport in the world has this problem - WHY should the TCCA be any different? Try complaining about breaches at Pearson - nothing under 5 minutes is recognised as a breach since there are MANY potential disparities between the time sources one is using.
Therefore 11:01PM and 11:03PM SHOULD BE reasonable exceptions to the curfew.

Also, a bridge would do away with the pollution and horn of the world's shortest ferry ride.

And finally, this blowfish has NEVER claimed that there isn't noise or the smell of fumes near the TCCA. Skywatcher should at least TRY to accurately attribute certain quotes or comments to the correct person.

And - for the blog editor Mr. Freeman - have I been kicked off the island or something - at least let me know so I can stop wasting everyones time - MANY of my postings are mysteriously absent?
