Why not measure the decibel level and replicate it exactly, take it up to his residence\neighbourhood in Moore Park and play it back to him and his neighbours - all day long. From 6:45 AM to 11:15 PM. 7 days a week .
Let's see how much he and his neighbours appreciate the exact same noise level I have to live with in their neighbourhood.
