Another point that I need to stress is expressed in a complaint I sent to the Airport. Here is a copy:
11:28pm Saturday May 16/2009

A Porter Airline plane landed at this time of the evening at the Toronto
Island Airport. My son was woken up by the noise. The plane should be
redirected to Pearson Airport to land. This is beyong 11pm the evening
and obviously violates the Tripartite agreement. The airline should
respect this and the Airport should not allow them to easily break such
rule.

Our education system and our society is teaching our next generation about
following the rules & laws and that our police enforce the laws. How do I
answer my 7 year old son who was woken up by the plane that the Airline is
not respecting and following the rules and the Airport is not doing the
enforcement job that it supposed to do?
