Flying stunt was a Red Bull promotion
The helicopter and fixed wing aircraft that flew over and over and over the Island Community on May 19 was some sort of promotional stunt put on by "Red Bull" the energy drink.
That the air traffic controllers at the Island Airport allowed this to happen is bordering on incompetence and criminality. They were flying below 1000 feet in very close proximity to one another over the community. Stunt flying should be relegated to uninhabited areas or not at all. I find that the air traffic controllers at the Island Airport operate below the standards that their position demands.
