(This is a complaint sent to the Island Airport)

Description:
A helicoper was hovering over Toronto Island making a terrible racket.
Then a small aircraft buzzed very close.  It looked for a moment that
the two might collide.  The small plane circled around and came back,
again buzzing very close to the helicopter.  Then a third time the small
plane buzzed the helicopter.  All the time the two aircraft made a huge
noise.

What is going on?  Do the pilots and helicopters have the right to do this
arial acrobatics right over a residential neighbourhood?

The pilots should be disciplined and fined.  This is irresponsible
behavior.
