Hey Joe, don't tell me you didn't see the Toronto Sun Cartoon, or read Joe Volpe's comments about "island mafia," and what about your hand written letter from your MP? These are shameless attacks on citizens of a community that are merely trying to stand up for their rights. We are trying to defend our elected promise of 'no Island Airport expansion.' We are fighting for the well-being promised to us by the tripartite agreement that has been so flagrantly violated by the Toronto Port Authority and Porter Air with their planes that violate noise limitations and STOL. It's hard not to take it personally. I have seen no evidence that the Port Authority or Porter Air has made any effort to respond to the concerns of the community - on the contrary. Your thinly veiled affectations of trying to help out the CommunityAIR cause are getting even thinner. If you really want to help maybe you should write to your MP, Joe Volpe and the Toronto Sun and tell them that their attacks are inappropriate and in poor taste.
