Skywatcher, please post a URL for the news story about a person who smoked a heart to a child who needed one. Or a doctor who smoked their way to an isolated community. Or a person who smoked their way to hospital over 1000km of roadless terrain.

Smoking doesn't accomplish those things. Aviation does.
