Here's a link to a Financial Post article about Porter expansion that backs up my contention that any further expansion by Porter will take place OUTSIDE of the TCCA.

Also, A small correction to my previous post about the 176 slots.
Once Porter expands their Ottawa and Montreal services (within a few weeks) those 2 cities alone will account for 64 flights on weekdays. (I stated 54)
