... and let us NOT forget, The Toronto Board of Trade is on record endorsing London "City Airport" as a model for the island airport, jets and all! They also strongly supported the fixed link (and still do), and doubtless care less about the constant breaching of operating guidelines by Porter Airlines ... all clearly and blatantly contrary to the tri-partite agreement.
