Anyone interested in a condo?
Hi Joe
I am selling my condo. Interested?
I do know that concerts in the music garden and participants are disturbed by air craft. Nice music concerts and all candidates debatesat Harbourfront Centre have come to a dead stop. I do know several residents who cannot walk their dogs due to current wild life control methods employed. (Do you know of any other neighbourhood in Toronto where tax-paying residents cannot walk their dogs???) I do know several neighbours are woken up at 0645 (I'm not as I am up at 0615)without aid of the usual alarm clock. Many of us do not leave balcony doors or windows open during busy airport times.
This site has received comments from tourists about the noise. Thousands of conversations in the park, at the Pier 4 patio, at the 55/65 Harbourfront roof top garden, on balconies etc come to a stop while craft land and takeoff - where else in Toronto does that happen with great regularity?
Being a tourist spending a hour or so down here is a lot different than actually living here and hearing the noise day in and day out. Not to mention breathing the pollution. A flight every 4.5 minutes will basically render this waterfront uninhabitable for people who are not deaf.
Let me know about your interest in my condo through this site.
Cheers
Cathy
