According to the tripartite agreement, only in cases of illness can craft land beyond curfew (0645 - 2300). Given the vast number of Porters landing after the 2300 closing, either the TPA (aka federal government aka us, the people)is giving Porter a free ride (saving the landing fees at Pearson) or there are a lot of very ill people on those late flights. Adding insult to injury is the number of Porters departing airports all the while knowing they will not make curfew in Toronto, yet are given permission (or not)to land.

This would appear to be an unfair and unjust subsidy to a private, for-profit entity - courtesy of the tax payer.
