Absolutely right. A residential community is no place for such a highly industrial activity. Toronto may be home base for Porter, but given the location, such heavy-duty and loud and noxious activity should be done elsewhere - - Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa, Pearson, Newark where these facilities are either miles away from human habitation, well buffered by other industrial uses, or where the noise and off gassing will blend in with all other mechanical etc. uses.
