Comment on Mark McQueen's remarks
Oh, come on!
Really, battling this on the numbers is ridiculous. You can make numbers say anything you want.
"50,000 people per month, 600,000 per year" or are these numbers representing trips, i.e. possibly x number of people repeatedly travelling in and out of TO, maybe even residing in Ottawa, Montreal or wherever else?
Similarly, if Adam Vaughn got elected by "only" x number of people, surely Toronto and the stakeholders in the future of our waterfront are not only the residents of his riding, but the residents of all of Toronto ... and, at the risk of repeating myself, Ontario, Canada, dare I say the world?
